A couple days ago a new culvert appeared on the west side of Logan Road across (pretty much) from NE Neptune Drive. Water racing through the gravel caused problems for the neighbors. It was a mess after a heavy downpour. Thanks to Lincoln County for this enhancement. The County (not the City) made this improvement.
