Membership is open to any resident or property owner. You may become a member in good standing upon application and payment of the current dues which become due and payable on July 1st of each year. (We do not prorate dues.) Each member in good standing is entitled to one vote in the election of all Board members and any vote on referendums or matters coming before a meeting of the Association at which he or she is present.
Current members will receive membership renewal information in May. Our fiscal year runs July 1 to June 30. New members are encouraged to join during the summer months, as memberships are on an annual basis and not prorated for portions of the year.

Dues payment and a completed membership form are required to be a member of REIA.
